City Parks to remove more than 40 trees in Craighall Park infected by shot-hole-borer beetles

“CRAIGHALL PARK – Residents should not be alarmed if they see trees being cut down in Buckingham and Richmond avenues on 19 March. City Parks is conducting a blitz operation to remove all dead trees infected by shot-hole-borer beetles.”

“Following an open day discussion on 8 March regarding the impact of the shot-hole-borer beetle, Johannesburg City Parks and Zoo (JPCZ) will be removing more than 40 infected trees in Craighall Park.”
